A Site Evaluation Application must be completed with Pend Oreille County Community Development prior to building any structure inside the Town of Cusick's city limits. Once an application is completed, the Pend Oreille County Community Development will contact the Town of Cusick, where the Site Evaluation Application will be presented before the council, at the next council meeting, to be approved or denied.
